		<description>Thanks to my uncle, my family already has this wonderful resource! He bought 138 acres of prime rural land adjacent to many more acres of timber company land. Even harvested, that land is still covered with mnay trees, and deer love it. The yearly land taxes are paid entirely by the fees we charge for hunting access.</description>
